Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PHILLIFE is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PHILLIFE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
